Quotes and orders
Quote requests are not binding orders. A project begins only after scope, price, timing, and any required payment or deposit are confirmed in writing.
Custom design approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, colors, logo placement, and other approved details. Changes after approval may affect price and delivery timing.
3D-print characteristics
Layer lines, minor surface variations, support marks, and small color differences are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and are not automatically defects.
Customer-provided files
Customers confirm that FaithForge has permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, models, or other materials they provide. FaithForge Design will decline content or products that are unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with the business’s standards.
Safety and intended use
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products are decorative or general-use consumer items and are not certified for food contact, medical use, life-safety applications, electrical safety, structural loads, or unsupervised use by young children.
Returns and custom products
Since personalized and made-to-order products cannot usually be resold, they may not be returnable unless damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order. In which case a replacement may be discussed.
Shipping and delays
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing. Carrier delays, material availability, equipment failures, severe weather, and other circumstances may affect timing.
